Office Manager

Alabama Cancer Care

Description: Responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing the staff specific to your assigned cancer clinics within the Alabama Cancer Care Network. Ensure employees follow the appropriate standards and procedures. Continually working to build trust among all team members. Responsible for planning, leading, and directing in accordance with the organizations mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities:

· Overseeing recruitment, interviewing, and training of employees in their region.

· Ensure appropriate orientation and training for clinical staff.

· Assist with evaluating and implanting goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for each clinic.

· Working with leadership and human resources to resolve any employee performance issues.

· Mentoring and inspiring employees to support the vision of the leadership team.

· Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results.

· Enforcing the rules and regulations of the clinical network.

· Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations.

· Reviewing the key performance indicators of the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
