Position Summary
NOTE : CHATTAHOOCHEE VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE OBSERVES EASTERN TIME.
The primary task of an instructor at Chattahoochee Valley Community College is to instruct in activities designed to promote intellectual growth. Essential duties and responsibilities of an instructor include commitments to students in the classroom, the teaching discipline, students outside the classroom, to the College, and to the community.
Salary : Salary level will be determined by the educational attainment and years of directly applicable experience according to Salary Schedule D-1. The salary range for nine months is $45,590-$94,363. Summer employment may be available (an additional amount of $14,384-$29,184), but is not guaranteed.

Retirement
The TRS was established in 1939 to provide benefits to qualified persons employed by state-supported educational institutions.
