Compensation: The rate of pay is $20.00 - $25.00, and we offer a $1.00 shift differential for the second shift.
We currently operate on 10-hour/4-day-a-week shifts and 12-hour/3-day weekend hours: 6:00 AM—4:30 PM, 6 PM—4:30 AM, Monday – Thursday, or 6 AM—6 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. New hire positions are filled based on the company's needs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES for MACHINE OPERATORS:
- Keep up with fast-paced work environments and production lines.
- Safely operate equipment used in the various manufacturing processes.
- Collaborating with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative and respectful manner
- Responsible for keeping work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Ability to work in various body positions; bending, stooping, standing, and the ability to have coordinated movements of pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and bilateral arm movements.
MUST REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 months of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience; and/or 2 years of technical certifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate in English fluently.
- Must be able to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and act as a role model in the adherence to policies.
- Must successfully pass drug screening and background check,
- Must have excellent hand and eye coordination
- Must be able to work flexible work schedules to include weekends, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed.
- Must be able and willing to learn and apply all Quality, Environmental, and Housekeeping requirements.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in woodworking facility and/or equipment
- Ability to utilize measuring devices.
- Previous time spent on safety, quality, or environmental teams at a manufacturing facility.
