What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook Cashier (Cafe / Deli) position at ALABAMA-COUSHATTA TRIBE OF TEXAS TRIBAL ECONO?
Under the direction of the Café & Deli Manager, the Cook/Cashier is responsible for the preparation and serving of the Café and/or Deli menu items, maintaining sanitation and upkeep of all equipment, supplies and utensils, cleanliness and organization of the work stations and storage areas at all times in compliance with all health codes and and adequately completing transactions for payment of all food items. The Cook/Cashier is also responsible for greeting guest courteously and interacting with guest that provides exceptional guest service in support of the Naskila brand promise.
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience using POS and cash handling.
PREFERRED:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a prep cook or short order line cook.
Must be flexible to work swing/overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
