Qualifications :
Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field with a strong emphasis in behavior analysis
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Evidence of working with school teams, consultation, collaboration, and training of school faculty and support staff in functional behavior assessments, function-based treatment, and proactive classroom behavior management strategies
Evidence of strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Essential Duties :
Collaborate with general and special education teachers to develop proactive behavior management strategies for students with behavioral issues
Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral issues
Collaborate with other individuals, agencies, and departments for students in need of more comprehensive behavioral services
Provide ongoing professional development and support to school district personnel with an emphasis on evidence-based strategies for proactively reducing challenging student behavior
