• Utilize conflict management skills to maintain a safe and secure school environment. - Implement militarise strategies to protect students, staff, and school property. - Conduct thorough report writing on incidents, investigations, and security measures. - Perform surveillance activities to monitor and prevent potential threats. - Assist in criminal investigations within the school premises. - Uphold law enforcement protocols and regulations to ensure compliance. - Demonstrate leadership qualities in emergency situations and crisis management. - Contribute to loss prevention efforts through proactive security measures. - Apply knowledge of immigration law when necessary. - Drive initiatives related to safety and security enhancements, as well as perform safety officer duties
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred. - Strong proficiency in conflict management techniques. - Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with surveillance methods and equipment. - Knowledge of criminal investigation procedures. - Leadership abilities to guide others during critical incidents. - Understanding of loss prevention strategies. - Awareness of immigration law principles. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
