• Range 87 ($100,168.80 - $168,468.00)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctorate degree in Psychology.
• 48 months or more clinical and administrative experience in psychological treatment and assessment. NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Possession of licensure as a Psychologist as issued by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology. KIND OF WORK

• Oversee the professional, clinical, ethical, and administrative operations of the psychology department.

• Provide supervision and training to psychology staff.
• Identify the department’s needs to the Clinical Director, Facility Director, and other relevant parties, particularly in relation to staffing positions.
• Oversee the functionality of psychological services and evaluate and manage the licensing and credentialing of staff.
• Conduct monthly or as-needed meetings with psychology staff and supervisors, maintaining accurate minutes. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of treatment strategies
• Knowledge of psychotropic, psychoactive and anti-convulsant medications.
