Job Description

Position Summary: The successful candidate will provide general office support and day-to-day operations for our medium-sized branch, often requiring travel to various locations to offer temporary assistance. This is a dynamic role that demands strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various loan administrative tasks, including answering borrower inquiries, resolving banking issues, processing payments, routing applications, and data entry to facilitate the loan and credit servicing process.
  • Travel to different locations to provide assistance with customer service, administration, data entry, and other operational duties as needed.
  • Prepare, type, and process forms related to office supplies, expense reports, and other essential documents.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to routine requests, and refer complex inquiries to relevant staff members while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Monitor loan covenants and deadlines, index documents, manage CRM/Farm View, and ensure proper file retention.
  • Compose basic correspondence on well-defined matters and complete reports following prescribed formats.
  • Coordinate meetings, training activities, and seminars by arranging meeting space, coffee, and luncheon reservations, as well as making travel arrangements for department staff.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three to four years of general office/clerical or customer service experience preferred.
  • Banking and agriculture experience are considered assets.
  • Active NMLS number is mandatory.
