Description
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Digital & Media Specialist to support a wide range of digital projects within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating content across various digital channels. Additionally, this role involves scheduling and overseeing social media posts through our dedicated Social Media Management (SMM) platform, contributing to our digital presence and engagement strategies.
Beyond digital and social media updated, the position requires hands-on assistance with video production tasks—including recording, editing, and live production—and with event photography, ensuring high-quality content creation and timely delivery to stakeholders. The role also encompasses support in the development and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels on platforms such as, but not limited to, Google Ads platform, third party display ad platforms, and social media and online banking ads to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make updates to multiple digital channels
- Schedule & monitor social media posts through our SMM platform.
- Assist with video recording, editing, and live production.
- Assist with event photography, editing, and delivery to stakeholders.
- Assist in creating & monitoring digital ad campaigns through multiple channels.
- Communicate with stakeholders & vendors related to Digital & Media projects
- All other duties assigned
