We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate for our busy, sub-specialty practice. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients in a courteous manner, assisting patients with check-in, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining referrals, collecting copays/deductibles, preparing charts, entering charges, scheduling appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned. Must be able to travel to satellite offices. The candidate must have previous experience in a medical practice and be familiar with major insurance companies. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
