eCommerce Associate
Company Description:
We are a growing outdoor specialty retailer with 5 retail stores and an eCommerce website. Our company has grown through a simple focus on the customer and providing them the best in functional and fashionable apparel and footwear while being the best at outfitting customers for wherever life moves them.

Position Summary:
The Ecommerce Associate is responsible for providing the Web Department with AO standard customer service, order management, and communicating with store teams. This position is also responsible for product copywriting/product image updating, as well as daily tasks assigned by the E-Commerce Manager. The Ecommerce Associate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have acute attention to detail.

Customer Service & Sales:
· Phone/emai Etiquette: Represent Alabama Outdoors in a professional manner.
· The drive to exceed Customer’s expectations. Keep them happy and satisfied without “giving away the store.”
· Contact customers in regard to their orders and maintain organization.
· Operate our chatbot and communicate with online customers.
· Operate our customer service phone line with AO standard customer service.
Update Website:
· Experience with Photoshop strongly preferred. Ensure product images are added/updated on the website in a timely fashion.
· Mental discipline to consistently update the product to the AO Product Guidelines
· Provide original Product Copywrite Descriptions. Must have excellent writing skills.
· Use multiple Vendor-Image databases to update product. Maintain proper vendor contacts.
E-mail Communication:
· Correctly navigate & use e-mail.
· Answer Customer e-mails immediately using AO standard customer service. Follow up with all communications.
· Proficiency in using Point of Sale software:
· Have a strong grasp and understanding of how inventory moves throughout the company.
· Ability to process returns, exchanges, refunds accurately.

Hourly pay. 40 hours per week.
Hours are 10 am - 7 pm Tuesday - Friday, 10-6 Saturday.
