Alabama Public Radio is looking for a Senior Producer / Host to anchor our “Morning Edition” program and produce and host a weekly half hour interview show. We seek a passionate and experienced radio professional with at least two years of experience in anchoring, broad operations, writing, and reporting with a strong on-air presence. Our team has earned 177 awards for journalism excellence, including recognition at the national and international levels, and was recently honored by the U.S. State Department for inspiring foreign delegations with our groundbreaking news projects.
APR’s studios are housed in the $17 million-dollar state-of-the-art Digital Media Center, located inside Bryant-Denny Stadium.
