DENTAL HYGIENIST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! This role focuses on preventive dental care, including cleaning teeth, examining patients for signs of oral disease, and providing education on maintaining oral health.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform dental cleanings and remove plaque, stains, and deposits.

·         Examine gums and oral tissue for signs of disease.

·         Apply fluoride treatments and sealants.

·         Makes impressions for study casts.

·         Chart conditions for dentist evaluation.

·         Assist in administering nitrous oxide and applying temporary restorations.

·         Educate patients and community groups on oral health.

Required Qualifications:

·         Graduate of a state-approved Dental Hygienist program.

·         Alabama state licensure required.

·         2 years of experience preferred.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts)

Location: ARMS Dental Clinic
