Alachisoft is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Customer Success (US/Europe) to lead and grow our highly talented Customer Success team. This opportunity is for a self-motivated, passionate, and execution-oriented leader.

You are responsible for driving the success and satisfaction of our enterprise-level customers. You will lead the Customer Success Team and collaborate closely with other teams to facilitate seamless customer conversion, onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention. Your leadership skills and deep understanding of NCache features, the .NET landscape, and our customer needs will help shape our customer success strategy to foster long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in the US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.

Responsibilities

Management

  • Lead and mentor the Customer Success Team
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from conversion, onboarding, to renewal
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional value and service
  • Collaborate with sales to expand opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to understand their changing needs
  • Collaborate internally to help incorporate customer needs into our solution
  • Develop, monitor, and ensure KPIs for the Customer Success Team

Solution Architect

  • Learn features & architecture of our product NCache
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NCache competitors and .NET landscape
  • Learn common customer use cases of NCache
  • Conduct NCache demos and architectural sessions with customers
  • Provide deep technical insights about NCache to customers
  • Develop technical webinars and NCache product videos
  • Develop solution programs to educate customers about use cases

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BSCS or equivalent, 10 years of solid software technology experience
  • Impressive international customer success track record
  • Software development exposure in .NET (Java okay too)
  • Excellent English (written & verbal) for international audiences!
  • Confident and outspoken personality
