We are seeking a proactive Maintenance and EHS Manager to oversee safety and maintenance operations in a fast-paced fabrication environment. The role involves optimizing equipment efficiency, leading safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance as well as driving continuous improvement and workforce development.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and EHS, expertise in heavy equipment, and a strong focus on team development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience in safety and maintenance management within a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in maintenance of specialized equipment such as laser cutters, brake presses, CNC machines, dust collectors, cranes, and forklifts.
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards, environmental regulations
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, and predictive maintenance tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and control inventory.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-stakes priorities and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in OSHA 30, welding safety, crane operation, and/or environmental safety.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and advanced maintenance technology.
- Familiarity with automation in fabrication and robotic welding equipment.
- Expertise in fabrication (lasers, brake presses, manual and robotic welding, and other machinery) and material handling equipment, industrial air quality systems, as well as overall facility maintenance.
- CMMS FIIX experience
