We are seeking a skilled Production Teammate / Welder with experience in welding, grinding, polishing, and material handling. You will play a key role in our production process by handling materials, performing basic welding tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of forklifts and cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic welding tasks on various materials as needed.
- Grind, polish, and finish metal products to meet quality standards.
- Safely operate forklifts and cranes to move materials around the facility.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading deliveries.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with general production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Basic welding experience (MIG, TIG, Robot).
- Experience in grinding and polishing metal materials.
- Forklift and crane operation experience.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Forklift and crane certification.
Work Environment:
- Regular standing, lifting, and material handling.
- Exposure to moving machinery, dust, and moderate noise levels.
- Occasional work in high places or around airborne particles and chemicals.
