We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, multi-provider adult primary care practice. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule and an excellent work-life balance, set in a scenic location near Orange, Connecticut.

Position Overview :

Role : Primary Care Physician, seeing patients aged 18 and older
Setting : 100% office-based, outpatient primary care
Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only, with the option to explore a 4-day workweek
Call Schedule : Minimal call, averaging 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight call every 2 months
Base Salary : potential for uncapped incentive bonuses
Additional Compensation : Includes loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend
