The Role at a glance :
We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to our finance and accounting team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the growth and operation of business through the distribution, analysis, and review of financial documents and data.
What you'll be doing :
- Performing timely and complete reviews of accounts payable data.
- Accurately capturing, recording, and maintaining data.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
- Performing audits, including vendor verification, invoice coding, and timely receipt and approval of invoices.
- Processing company owned credit cards using the bank reporting system.
