Cook/Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook and driver to join our Aladdin Campus Dining team. This individual will be responsible for transporting a variety of goods to various locations each day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food.
• Load and transport food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule.
Requirements:
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as to identify and differentiate food items.
• High-level product knowledge and the ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid state driver's license for the vehicle used for transport.
• At least one year's experience in a high-volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Food Handlers certification.
