Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced food service operations manager to join our team. As a lead food service worker, you will oversee daily food service operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct food service operations to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure smooth meal service operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
