Aluminum Window and Door Installer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading installations of aluminum storefront and curtain wall windows and doors.

Responsibilities

• Install storefront/curtain wall windows and doors according to specifications.
• Maintain high level of craftsmanship throughout project installation.
• Have the ability to communicate with project managers and other trades on-site to ensure an efficient completion of work.
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure airtight and waterproof installations.
• Read and interpret schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing storefront and curtain wall installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on site.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to storefront and curtain wall installations.
• Experience with caulking techniques for sealing installations effectively.
• Familiarity with metal stud framing for structural support.
• Ability to install doors and door hardware.
• General maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
