About the Role & What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify Alaffia Health's brand presence and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns within the healthcare sector. As the marketing lead, the director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align the marketing strategy with Alaffia’s business goals and growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Alaffia’s mission and business objectives
  • Identify target markets, audience personas, and positioning strategies that resonate with healthcare providers, health plans, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Alaffia’s value proposition and drive interest in our services and solutions

Brand Management :

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Alaffia’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure that Alaffia’s voice and messaging resonate with our target audience and align with company values
  • Digital Marketing and Content Strategy :

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, value-driven content that educates and converts
  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition :

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and potential clients for the business
  • Oversee email campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels, and other tactics to nurture leads through the conversion process
  • Analytics and Reporting :

  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention efforts
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on marketing performance and recommendations for improvements
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support :

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing and sales efforts
  • Provide marketing support for new product / feature launches, customer engagement programs, and other strategic initiatives
  • Budget Management :

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals
  • Public Relations and Community Engagement :

  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to elevate Alaffia’s brand in the healthcare and tech space
  • Oversee public relations initiatives, including press releases, thought leadership content, and speaking opportunities
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience :
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Skills :
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Strong project management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred :
  • Knowledge of health plans, claims processing, or healthcare cost-saving initiatives

  • Experience in AI or tech-driven healthcare solutions is a plus
