Role & Responsibilities: As a full-time Residential Construction Project Manager you will:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers through the design and planning of projects.
• Lead and manage all stakeholders from planning through project completion.
• Produce and manage scopes of work and quotes to ensure quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely project delivery.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Create and oversee construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Conduct quality control site visits and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate weekly client meetings and progress meetings.
• Monitor project budgets and review with clients.
• Manage conflict resolution and create "raving fans" among our clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Custom residential or commercial construction/renovation management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology and software programs, including Microsoft applications.
• Creative problem-solver with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and forward-thinking.
• Client-first perspective and passion for helping and working with people.
