Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, customer service oriented , and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.
This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk by answering the phone promptly and determining the nature of business and directs callers/guests to the proper party so the organization functions efficiently.
In addition to the receptionist responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong office administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, excellent follow up skills, be proficient in data entry, and have excellent phone etiquette.
The receptionist’s position is to ensure that numerous responsibilities are handled properly so the organization functions efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with general office management duties, assist the mechanic shop, payroll manager with clerical responsibilities, ensure that supplies are stocked and the workspace and other assigned areas are clean and tidy.
- Provide administrative support to management as required, including handling correspondence and preparing documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an receptionist/ administrative role.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication and customer service oriented skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous.
