**Job Requirements**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer II who has a strong background in IT networking concepts, including knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing network engineering support, security, administration, and management to all classified and unclassified PMRF mission specific networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining network devices in accordance with DoD/DoN/PMRF policy, as well as providing network centric Cyber Security subject matter expertise. They will also be responsible for system wide troubleshooting and problem resolution both in "stand-down" as well as "live" mission environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures and configurations.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and recommend remediation actions.
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DoD/DoN/PMRF regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree, and at least three (3) years of network/engineering experience, or High school diploma/GED, and at least five (5) years of network/engineering experience.
- Cisco CCNA Certification.
- DOD 8570/8140: IAT II certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
