We are seeking an experienced Government Buyer Professional to join our team in Hawai'i.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and quote materials and equipment for our organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all purchasing regulations by managing Purchase Authorization Forms (PAF).
- Streamline the procurement process by requesting Purchase Orders (PO) for approved PAFs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of software and hardware assets.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and three years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
- OSHA 30 certification is a requirement.
- Three years of experience in property accountability, inventory, and property tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, GCSS-ARMY, and ServiceNow.
