About This Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer II who has a strong background in IT networking concepts, including knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing network engineering support, security, administration, and management to all classified and unclassified PMRF mission specific networks.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring and maintaining network devices in accordance with DoD/DoN/PMRF policy.
- Providing network centric Cyber Security subject matter expertise.
- System wide troubleshooting and problem resolution both in "stand-down" as well as "live" mission environments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's Degree, and at least three (3) years of network/engineering experience, or High school diploma/GED, and at least five (5) years of network/engineering experience.
- Cisco CCNA Certification.
- DOD 8570/8140: IAT II certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
