We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team in Hawai'i.
Job Summary:
This role involves managing the entire procurement process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching and quoting materials and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with top vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Manage Purchase Authorization Forms (PAF) and request Purchase Orders (PO) as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of software and hardware assets.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma and three years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
- OSHA 30 certification is a requirement.
- Three years of experience in property accountability, inventory, and property tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, GCSS-ARMY, and ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a government environment.
