What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Specialist II position at Alakaina Family of Companies?
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for an Operations Specialist II to provide research support administration services for our government customer in San Antonio, TX.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide services to support security management tasks such as process visitor passes and maintain securing program tasks for facilities, systems, personnel and contractors.
Provide services to support facility management tasks such as coordinating command needs with the necessary review and approval authorities.
Provide services to support training management tasks such as monitoring the assignment and completion of training requirements for all personnel and contractors.
Assist safety officer with the safety of employees pertaining to designing, modifying, and maintaining the chemical hygiene program
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
