What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unified Communications Clerk position at Alakaina Family of Companies?
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Unified Communications Clerk to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i.
Provide administrative Support for Unified Communications requirements under NEC Baseline support and for Mission Support
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Voice service (analog, digital, IP) on Government property on Kwajalein Atoll to connect to any location worldwide.
- Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) end user telephone device.
- VoIP Local Session Controller for the installation infrastructure.
- Provide moves, additions, changes to user accounts, and network configuration for DISA Enterprise Voice over IP (EVoIP) customers and Enterprise Classified Voice over IP (ECVoIP) customers.
- Common user telephone switches, remote switches, nodes, and private branch exchanges (PBX).
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school diploma and minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Collaboration Concentration Exam (CCNP) preferred.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
