Instruct students with learning differences teaching foundational and career readiness skills in the college and career readiness department.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Instruct and strengthen reading comprehension and math skills. Support career exploration and work readiness skills including digital literacy. Support career college initiatives academically and socially. Classroom management, paperwork and documentation, including keeping attendance.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Ideally looking for someone who can teach both the morning and afternoon section but also willing to hire for each section. Morning section is Monday through Thursday 8:30-11:30 AM and Afternoon section is Monday through Thursday 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM.An ACC on-line application MUST be fully completed for consideration, which includes a required letter of interest, transcript attachment. Resume attachments are welcome but will not be accepted in lieu of complete application. For faculty positions, all relevant full- and part-time teaching experience, including start and end dates of employment, should be included on the application. Also, all relevant full- and part-time work experience related to the teaching discipline should be included on the application, including start and end dates.For non-faculty positions, all relevant full- and part-time work experience related to the position should be included on the application, including start and end dates.
