Job Description
The position of packer/stacker is a functional roll designed to push production and attainments. Packer/stackers are fundamental to the success of a pop line. The following are key accountabilities and outcomes that a candidate must meet to follow the requirements needed for the position: Ability to keep up with the tempo of the line. Performs a visual check on the quality of the pop bags. Ensure the right diagram is followed for stacking patterns depending upon the product being packed. Assist in cleaning the room at the end of the shift or participating in shift pass offs. Ability to maintain line speed in order to assist with breaks. Check the expiration date on the clip for visibility and correctness. Check bags and bins for leakers (pops with defects).
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available.
