IT System Administrator

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT systems and networks. You will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, server hardware, and operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are preferred.
