Overview: As a full-time Sales Operations Associate at Alamance Foods Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operations Manager and Analyst in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data. Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating forecast planner (Excel file) based on input from the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and review sales data.
- Support the coordination of forecast adjustments and changes.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of sales data and forecast adjustments.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations on sales forecasts and trends. Additional Responsibilities:
- Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making processes within the Sales Operations department.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support in implementing process improvements and streamlining data entry workflows.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and software tools.
- Act as a point of contact for sales team members regarding data entry and forecast-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with IT or software vendors to troubleshoot any technical issues related to data entry systems or software.
Qualifications:
- Proven data entry skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quick typing skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills to establish entry priorities and maintain data entry requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some basic computer courses may be required.
