Warehouse Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Systems Analyst for the Warehouse department. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into sight, and insight into business decisions

Key Accountabilities/ Outcomes

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Assign numerical value to essential functions so that warehouse performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Create and maintain operational reports, performance dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Work with the different teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Business analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, Power BI service, and Power BI desktop.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organized.
