LPN/ RN Unit Manager Mon-Fri

Nursing is what we do! Alamance Health Care Centerin Burlington is seeking an LPN Unit Coordinator. The LPN Unit Coordinator will oversee clinical operations of a 120bed unit in our rehab center.

The LPN Unit Coordinator is responsible for staff supervision of LPNs and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team.

Education (Minimum Required) High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED: LPN license by the North CarolinaBoard of Nursing to practice as an LPN.

Experience and/or Pre-requisites

Minimum three to five years of experience as an LPN, preferably in long term care.

Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
