Staff are scheduled for a 6-Week period via a self-assisted schedule through Optilink
Staff are distributed within the schedule based on departmental need and based on patient work intensity, skill mix and previous assignments.
Unit Specific Information
Focus on the cardiac patient (Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmias, pre and post cardiac catheterization with and without intervention, rule out myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, syncope, pacemaker placement)
Secondary focus on respiratory problems (ex. COPD, pneumonia, Bipap)
