Associate Biostatistician (full time) – Alamar Biosciences, Inc., 47071 Bayside Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538. Work location in Fremont, CA. Tackle complex data analysis challenges by identifying innovative solutions, optimizing analysis pipelines, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure timely and accurate results; Support customers in analyzing company's unique biological data; Develop and apply data analysis methods to support the development of company's technology platform; Create graphical applications/dashboards for users and customers to perform data analysis and QC using R Shiny or similar. Requires a master’s degree in biostatistics, statistics, computational biology or a closely related field. Knowledge of multivariate statistical analysis and high-dimensional data; Solid understanding in applying statistical methods for analysis of biological data, including hypothesis testing (e.g. ANOVA, multiple-test correction) and data modeling (e.g. linear/mixed models); Expert-level fluency in R required; Python required.
