R Shiny Software Engineer (full time) – Alamar Biosciences, Inc., 47071 Bayside Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538. Work location in Fremont, CA. Develop the company's customer-facing software. Support the development of technology platform and develop analysis methods. Create graphical applications/ dashboards for users/ customers to perform data analysis and QC. Full-stack web-development. UI/UX development for improved customer experience. Support customer and field application scientists. Requires a master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or related. Fluency in R/shiny required; Knowledge in the design and application of algorithms and methods for: normalization and accurate quantification of biological data; Hypothesis testing (e.g. ANOVA, multiple-test correction); Data modeling (e.g. linear/mixed models).
