THE POSITION: The Provider Network Analyst is responsible for handling medical professionals’ licensure and credentialing. Provider Network Analyst will ensure that their ACOE and supported school districts and Institution of Higher Education meet state, federal, and other regulations on provider credentialing for care delivery. Work in support of health equity and for increasing school reimbursements. This job reports to Assigned Administrator.

TYPICAL DUTIES: Update and maintain provider data in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Validate licenses, certifications, and credentials of healthcare providers. Track license and credential expiration dates, notifying providers of required renewals. Assist in processing provider applications for credentialing and recredentialing. Review submitted documentation, including education, training, work history, and references. Facilitate provider enrollment in health plans and networks. Assist in managing provider contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations related to provider data and privacy. Stay informed about relevant state and federal laws affecting provider credentialing. Regularly update provider information in credentialing databases. Prepare reports on provider credentialing status, expirations, and compliance. Work closely with internal teams (such as HR, legal, and compliance) to ensure alignment. Prepare for audits related to provider credentialing. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Assist providers with inquiries related to credentialing and data management.
