We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family or Adult Medicine Physician who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provides primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conducts thorough physical examinations, takes detailed medical histories, and orders diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans that take into account each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including lab results, medication lists, and progress notes.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements
- Must have completion of an approved residency in family medicine or adult medicine.
- Possession of a current valid license to practice medicine in the state of California, AND Board Certification or be Board Eligible in area of specialty.
- Board Certification must be completed within three years of the date of hire.
- Possession of Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association and a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Number.
