Responsibilities of the Client Support & Sales Associate:
- Engage in face-to-face sales interactions with clients, mastering sales scripts and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and retail location visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide timely reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Ability to work with technology tools with overseeing sales and customer accounts and information.
- Ability to follow compliance standards and execute them when working with customers.
Requirements of the Client Support Associate:
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles preferred.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to work full time including one weekend day.
- Ability to memorize sales scripts and product details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and master sales scripts and product knowledge.
