Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Three years of professional work experience involving partnerships and relationship building.
- Small business development or training experience.
- Master’s degree with a major in business.
- Five years of professional work experience in small business development and/or training.
- Experience preparing and analyzing program reports.
- Knowledge of small business mentor protégé programs, one-on-one business counseling and connection to resources.
