Job Summary and Description
Responsible for directing, leading and organizing the College quality initiatives as well as College functions that support service and performance excellence, including planning, research, budgeting, organizational development, resource development, institutional technology, and other college services. Serves as a member of the President’s leadership team and participate in strategic and organizational planning as well as preparation of college-wide and unit budgeting.
Reports to the Vice-President of College Services.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree is required.
- Five years of experience in a job-related field with a minimum of three years of administrative, supervisory, or other leadership experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in education or a business-related field.
- Experience in a college setting.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Strategic planning, budget development, research, continuous quality improvement.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
