Job Summary And Description
Supports the business departments and their interaction with the various business applications in use at the Alamo Colleges District (ACD). In addition to those tasks performed as a Systems Analyst-IRES, performs more complex systems analyst work requiring extensive knowledge of ACD’s business functions and operations. Serves as team lead.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Six years of experience providing technical support for research or marketing analysis programs.
- Experience providing technical support for higher education institutional research.
- Master's degree.
- Degree in statistics, math, computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field.
- Five years of experience using and supporting Base SAS and SAS Macros or SPSS.
- Experience with problem solving, analysis, and documentation of Banner functionality.
- Experience with assessing and documenting client requirements.
- Experience with Luminis, ODS, SQL, SAS Business Intelligence, and Banner products.
- Experience conducting organizational studies and end-user training.
