Job Summary and Description
Responsible for leading customer service activities in support of distinct populations with special needs. Serves as advocate for the distinct population student with faculty, staff and administration and provides methods to support distinct population needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience :
- Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED).
- Two years' of customer service experience preferably in an educational setting.
