Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our team. The Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service by efficiently delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area. This position requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Glass, pick up customers cars and Shop Maintenance.
- Assist the installers in the back of the warehouse in ensuring that all necessary items are available for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including restrooms, and taking out the trash.
- Communicate effectively with the Managers, sales department, and technicians in a timely service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
