The Robotic Welder Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and running the robotic welding systems for efficient, high-quality production. This role includes creating and managing weld programs, ensuring equipment operates at full capacity, interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, performing test runs, adjusting, and running production. This role requires collaboration with production control, engineering, and operations teams, along with expertise in robotic welding, metal fabrication, and troubleshooting to enhance efficiency. This position will own the manufacturing process at these work centers from start to finish, including: programming, fixturing, proving out, operating and quality inspection.
