Purpose of Position :
The Application Specialist is responsible for providing application support, training, implementation, and reporting. This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues, delivering quality services to end users, and ensuring effective use of applications.
Primary Roles :
Application Support : Assisting users by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
Training : Providing guidance and training to staff on software applications, best practices, and potential IT solutions to business problems.
Implementation : Set up, configure, train and implement new software applications for business use.
Reporting : Developing and maintaining reports and queries to support business operations,
Monitoring : Evaluation and reporting related to application performance, usage, and issues.

Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, Teams, experience preferred
