An immediate Job Opening for an Experienced Accounting Clerk to be a part of a team working in the General Office of a successful San Antonio based retail lumberyard chain in business since 1903.
Job responsibilities to include:
Processing Inventory Receipts - matching purchase orders to delivery documents, receiving the purchase order in the computer and inputting the invoice for payment.
Maintaining and improving the accuracy of Inventory Database to include implementing price changes and updating changes to data files.
Vendor Communication - resolving issues with vendors while maintaining and promoting excellent relations.
Other Accounting and Administrative tasks as needed
Job skills and requirements include:
Two to Three years of Accounting Experience
Three years of Office work experience
Stable job history
Detail oriented
Excellent Excel skills
Good math, computer and organizational skills
Analytical mind
M_F workweek
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
